Some important points to know
It’s important you understand the strengths and limitations of our service. As part of registering for our service on our website you are accepting that you have read and understood these Terms of Service.
We provide you with online and telephone (via our third parties) customer support with access to a range of smart services to manage your finances more effectively.
We are here to listen to you, provide great service with unique online tools, and help you to find the best financial products for your needs. We keep it simple and help you to stay in control of your finances.
Our service offering to you does not constitute financial advice. Our call centre staff are not allowed to give advice, but some of our partners are qualified to give financial advice. When using the services provided by our partners, they will provide you with information on their regulatory status and their own terms and conditions.
When you talk to our call centre staff, calls will be recorded and monitored for training purposes. Our customer service staff are not allowed to give advice on specific products and services. They are there to offer guidance around our processes and not give specific guidance on a product or company. They may ask for additional information in order to maintain up to date records.
We often link to other websites, and to a number of specialist partners, but we can’t be responsible for their content. When you leave our Site and are directed to one of our partners, you should always do your own research, read their terms and conditions (which will be different to ours), and ensure their product or service is right for your specific circumstances before proceeding.
